Activities
At Sri Aurobindo Bhavan, Gurgaon, the focus is on integrating spiritual practice with everyday life, following the path of Integral Yoga as guided by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother. The branch offers a variety of regular programs and events that support inner growth, conscious living, and collective harmony. These activities are open to seekers of all backgrounds who aspire to deepen their connection with the Divine and live a more meaningful, conscious life.
Study Circle
Held every Sunday at 4 or 5 PM (seasonal timing), guided by Dr. Ramesh Bijlani and Shri Krishan Sethi. These sessions involve reading and reflecting on the writings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, with a focus on growing in consciousness and integrating these teachings into daily life.
The Message of the Gita
Weekly classes every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, conducted by Shri Prashant Khanna (Sri Aurobindo Ashram – Delhi Branch), exploring the deeper spiritual meanings of the Bhagavad Gita.
Swadhyay cum Collective Meditation
Held every Thursday from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, facilitated by Shri Krishan Sethi. These sessions offer a blend of reflective reading and silent meditation.
Sanskar Kendra (Children’s Classes)
Held Saturdays from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, the Sanskar Kendra introduces children to India’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage through storytelling, games, and educational activities.
Sadhana Through Work
The branch emphasizes the idea that work itself can be a form of meditation, when done with the right consciousness. All activities at the Bhavan are approached in a spirit of offering and dedication to the Divine.
